In the last years, we have developed the business together with our former distribution partner VOG from 5 Mio. Euro in 2017 to 73 Mio Euro in 2023 (Nielsen turnover). Our market share grew from 1.7% in 2017 to 11.3% in July 2024. In January 2024, we have taken over full control of the business from our distribution partner and do the business directly as Mutti Germany. Our products are listed & available in all German retailers (excl. Hard Discount) but we are also active in the HORECA/Food Service sector. The plan for the next years is to continue to grow in a significant way in Germany, through a continuous & pro-active direct market management and continuous investments in the German market. For our team based in Hamburg, we are looking for a **Marketing/Trade Marketing Intern/-in, starting mid February.** **Main responsibilities**: - You will support our Marketing and Trade Marketing team in day-to-day operations as well as in projects related to trade communication, shopper activation, category management, and trade events - You will independently take on sub-projects and work closely with our marketing and sales teams, as well as external agencies and service providers - You will assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities across various channels (e.g., social media, web) - You will assist in the development and procurement of POS materials to ensure the successful visibility of the Mutti brand at the point of sale - You will assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns - You will create sales documents to serve as argumentation aids for our Key Account Management and field sales team - Analyzing market, competition, and product data from retail panel data, as well as independently updating and preparing this data, will also be part of your responsibilities - You will collaborate closely with your colleagues from our German team and occasionally exchange ideas with our Italian colleagues **What we are looking for**: - Fluent in German - Degree in Economics or Marketing - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) - Good English knowledge - Ability to rearrange priorities according to context - Ability to integrate and collaborate in a group context - Availability 6 month **Was dich bei Mutti erwartet**: - Du unterstützt unser Marketing / Trade Marketing im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Projekten in den Bereichen Handelskommunikation, Shopper Aktivierung, Category Management und Handelsevents - Dabei übernimmst du eigenständig Teilprojekte und arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketing, Vertrieb, externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern zusammen - Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von Marketing - und Werbemaßnahmen über verschiedene Kanäle (z.
