**Responsibilities**

- _ Handling general and specific customer inquiries_
- _ Processing orders and order management_
- _ Analysing KPIs and preparing various reports_
- _ Maintaining and updating Salesforce_
- _ Supporting Account/Key Account Managers with lead management_
- _ Creating and sending newsletters_
- _ Managing and updating data_
- _ Independently creating social media posts_
- _ Maintaining social media channel setpoints_
