Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen Spezialisten für die Fahrzeug-Administration zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden Teams in München oder Wien. Du wirst dafür verantwortlich sein, dass unsere Kunden eine reibungslose Registrierung und Zulassung in Deutschland und Österreich erleben.

Verantwortungsbereich
- Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Kundenerlebnisses (inkl. Kenntnis der aktuellen Regeln und Vorschriften) bei der Registrierung, Besteuerung, Beantragung von Subventionen und Versicherung in Deutschland und Österreich
- Du stehst im stetigen Kontakt mit den Bereichen Verkauf, Logistik und Auftragsabwicklung, sowie anderen wichtigen internen Interessengruppen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle erforderlichen Dokumente für den Kauf oder das Leasing eines Fahrzeugs vollständig und korrekt sind
- Interaktion mit Kunden, Behörden und Dritten zur Priorisierung und Lösung von Zulassungs
- und Registrierungsfragen
- Abwicklung Verwaltung des Tagesgeschäfts und Bearbeitung von Zulassungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkauf sowie für den internen Fisker-Fuhrpark in Deutschland und Österreich
- Verwaltung des Fisker internen Fuhrparks / Flottenmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit KFZ-Technikern, Eventmanagement, Key Account Management und Logistik
- Erledigung von Verwaltungsaufgaben, wie Datenpflege, Archivierung und andere mit dieser Position verbundene Aufgaben

Qualifikation / Wissen / Erfahrung
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Bachelor-Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Automotive
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fahrzeug-Administration, im Transportwesen in der Automobil
- oder Automotive Industrie, oder in der Disposition/Backoffice eines Autohauses
- Erfahrung mit der Fahrzeugzulassung in Deutschland und Österreich
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche, schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch, andere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) und Kundendatensysteme
- Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse von MS Office
- gute Organisation, ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit, fortgeschrittene Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive Denkweise
