**Your Role**:
As a Web Designer (M/F/d) you’ll work on creating and handing off our Marketing websites’ across our B2C and B2B domains.
- You'll work closely with our Marketing Design Lead, Web Development Team and SEO Team to take our websites to ensure our website designs align with business goals
- You'll create visually appealing designs with Figma and share and document your work with your team
- Together with the website development team you'll ensure that your designs are functional are feasible
- Therefore you'll make use of your knowledge about design fundamentals such as layout, hierarchy and experience with brand guidelines

**What you need to succeed**:

- You have 3+ years of website design experience, ideally within tech and startups across B2C and B2B
- Strong collaborative and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder feedback to achieve the best outcome for our users
- Excellent collaboration skills to ensure great teamwork with SEO, Website Devs and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices
- Knowledge of design fundamentals such as layout, hierarchy and experience with brand guidelines
- You are proactive with your ideas and can identify areas for improvement across all of our StudySmarter domains
- Great time management skills and proven ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
- You bring a creative mind, with strong technical website design skills

**Our Tech Stack**:

- Great proficiency in Figma
- Background in UX and knowledge of WordPress are a plus
- Please share a portfolio that showcases your design work and its impact on business outcome
