What we are looking for
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and company culture
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs, university recruiting events, and social media campaigns, to increase the company's visibility and attract top talent
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials, such as job postings, videos, and social media content, that showcase the company's culture and values
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition and employer branding

What you bring to the table

**Basic Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent through creative sourcing techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Preferred Skills and Experience***
- Experience developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent (e.g. university marketing, social media campaigns, targeted advertising)
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in employer branding
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiatives and find creative solutions
- Familiarity with HR technology and software, including applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
