Designer (m/w/d)

**Your Duties and Responsibilities**
- Establishing mid
- and long-term strategies and plans for a designated category
- Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market and customers
- Analyzing competitors and consumer insights to provide clear product direction
- Leading new product launching projects from the laboratory to the market aligning with related value chains such as Global CJ (HQ, APAC-EU), R&D, Sales, QM, SCM, Procurement, Production, etc.
- Executing the launching process: creating the product concept, pricing, consumer test, artwork, design review, product specification checks, and volume estimation as a category leader
- Building and examining category portfolio and profitability

**Your Profile**
- A strong passion for foods (especially Asian Cuisine) or the FMCG industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- First proven professional experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Ideally, a good understanding of the retail business
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving internal and external environment
- Fluency in Korean / English (proficiency in additional European language is preferred)
