We’re a dynamic startup aiming to revolutionize the market for local services by connecting people in their neighborhood. Our vision is to empower anyone to offer their talents and benefit from them. With a clear mission and initial investments secured, we plan to scale from zero to thousands of users in just a few months.
Tasks
As a Founding Team Member, you will be part of the core group shaping the company’s direction. Working closely with the founders, you’ll help define our strategy and make key decisions. In addition to an attractive equity stake, you’ll actively shape the future of Locadas.
Typical areas of responsibility (depending on your focus and skill set):
1. Strategic Development
- Evolve our business model, identify new market opportunities, and establish partnerships.

1. Product & Technology
- Collaborate closely with our tech team, develop new features, ensure quality, and plan long-term product strategy.

1. Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, build a strong community, and drive rapid user growth through creative hacks.

1. Operational Leadership
- Develop processes and structures, lead teams, and coordinate daily with the founders to ensure efficiency.
