Im Rahmen der Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir eine/n Human Resources Off Cycle Internship

**Aufgaben**
- Get the unique opportunity to gain in-depth HR Knowledge from a company that lives human resource topics in all their departments and has the aim to set standards other want to follow
- Updating our employee records with new hire information
- scheduling interviews
- Assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures

**Anforderungen**
- Enrolled in a Bechelor's / Master's degree (business or humanities) or in a gap year
- Firt experience in the HR department of a bank, in industry or consulting is an advantage
- Good analytical skills and independent working style
- Curiosity, determination, and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills in English and German Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
