**Your tasks**:
Ensuring the Germany-wide introduction and optimization of efficient store floor management at all Road locations
Increasing operational process efficiency at branch level through measurable improvements
Introduction of relevant KPIs in the areas of quality, safety, personnel and other important areas
Supporting and training local managers and employees in the implementation and further development of processes
Identification and activation of long-term potential for Germany-wide process optimization
Creation and provision of evaluations and statistics on implemented processes for management
**Your profile**:
Extensive professional and industry experience in logistics or freight forwarding with a focus on overland transportation
At least eight years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
In-depth knowledge of store floor management and sound methodological expertise in LEAN management and Kaizen
Strong ability to persuade and inspire effective cooperation with local managers and employees at all operational levels
Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style to design optimal processes
Willingness to travel throughout Germany and on-site support for managers and employees as a preferred way of working
