Du willst Entwicklung aktiv mitgestalten und Netzwerke knüpfen? Dann bewirb dich und werde Head of Start-Up Incubator (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung des Start-Up Inkubators, seiner Rahmenbedingungen und seiner Leistungen
- Betreuung und Begleitung lokaler und internationaler Start-Up Teams durch Accelerator-Programme und Netzwerkarbeit
- Internationale Vernetzung des Start-Up Inkubators, insbesondere im deutsch
- und italienischsprachigen Raum
- Positionierung des Start-Up Inkubators als internationalen Hotspot in den Technologiefeldern Green, Food, Automation und Digital
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diversen Start-Ups oder in Unternehmensberatungen für Start-Ups
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch
- und Italienischkenntnisse
- Du verfügst über ein internationales Netzwerk zu Start-Ups, Inkubatoren, Business Angels, Investoren o.ä.
