**For our department** **Global Processes** **in** **Leipheim** **we are looking for the next possible date a/-n** *** **Process Champion (m/w/d) Operations**: *** **Your contact person**: **MICHAEL BREITFELDER** **RECRUITER** **+49 (0) 8221/729 - 6520** *** **These are your tasks**: - You are part of the team responsible for the global S/4HANA transformation - You collect business requirements for the end-to end processes, translate it in functional specifications, with reference to S/4HANA best practices and take responsibility for implementation of state of the art solutions (template, clear rules, guidance, training, roll out, communication, support,...) - You lead and manage dedicated international workshops, projects or change management activities with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities and to improve end-to-end processes without losing sight of the WANZL overall strategy and roadmap. - You take responsibility for monitoring the success of projects by meeting time, scope and budget targets. - You participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into WANZL Group. **Your qualification**: - Master's or Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience - Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken - Profound professional experience in operational units / process organizations in the industrial equipment industry (or comparable sectors) with a deep understanding of the end-to-end processes, ideally including master data governance - Combination of business (strategy) and operational awareness ("shopfloor") - Deep and hands-on experience of project management and successful Change Management - Detailed knowledge of end-to-end processes and related functions within the value chain (understanding the big picture, out-of-the box mentality and cross-discipline) - Proven experience in designing and implementing processes - Knowledge about typical components of an IT tool landscape for a producing company and their typical functionalities and painpoints - Outspoken team player with willingness for business trips in Germany and abroad **Benefits**: **Aus - und Weiterbildung****: **Betriebliche Altersvorsorge****: **Betriebsarzt****: **Flexible Arbeitszeiten****: **Gute Verkehrsanbindung****: **Homeoffice****: **Jobrad****: **Kostenloser Wasserspender****: **Parkplatz****: **Subventionierte Kantine**:
