Get to know the world of sports marketing (motorsports, event, athletes) within a Red Bull country organization. Generate insights and new/unexpected ideas by thinking creatively and out-of-the-box to support cross-departmental sports marketing projects and initiatives. Define and develop an overarching project to be presented to the respective department heads at the end of the program.

**MOTORSPORTS**:
Deep dive into the world of Red Bull’s Motorsport Marketing by supporting the National Motorsports Manager in executing projects and athletes’ management. Assist in organizing motorsports events by taking over defined parts of major projects and realize smaller initiatives and projects on your own. Drive innovation and support to set up a strong and efficient network in the national motorsports
- and communication scene.

**EVENT**:
Get to now the sport event business by supporting the team in big events (yearly highlight events). Learn to organize and execute an efficient event planning on a professional level and work closely with the internal project team, external agencies, athletes, and participants. Develop an understanding of the day-to-day event business that includes for example production, activation, participant services and budget controlling.

**ATHLETES**:
Develop a deep understanding in designing & establishing a targeted, credible, and efficient athletes & club marketing program by supporting our Athletes & Club Marketing Team in managing the athletes and realizing athletes’ projects, initiatives & activations.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University degree in sports, economics, event management or similar
- First professional work experience in the sports industry, club & team sports, sport-, events
- or marketing agency, sport institution or federation
- Strong networking & communication skills
- Creative and open minded
- Good computer skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
