An established intellectual property practice is looking to recruit a skilled Electronics Patent Attorney to join its expanding team based in Munich. This role offers a great opportunity for a Qualified Attorney with expertise in electronics or electromechanical technologies to contribute significantly within a reputable international firm.

**Main Responsibilities**:
The role involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Managing a portfolio of patent cases independently
- Representing clients in oppositions and appeals proceedings before the European Patent Office
- Offering comprehensive advice to clients on all matters related to patent and intellectual property law

**Your Profile**:

- Qualifications:_
- Registered German Patent Attorney
- Registered European Patent Attorney
- Experience:_
- Between 1 and 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Proven technical experience within the electromechanical sector
- Demonstrated ability to counsel clients on protecting their intellectual property in line with their unique needs and business objectives
- Experience living, studying, or working in English-speaking environments or outside Germany is preferred
- Skills and Attributes:_
- Proficient in both German and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster solid professional relationships internally and externally
- A proactive team player who embraces responsibility and is ready to contribute actively from the outset
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a diverse, international, multi-lingual team
- Sound business judgement combined with a diplomatic and thoughtful decision-making style
- Willingness to travel occasionally, for example, to other company offices or client meetings
