Your tasks

We are looking for you, a Sales Coordinator limited to 31.10.2026 (M/F/diverse) to support our business area OESL at the location Karben, Germany.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

- Execute sales administrative activities throughout the product lifecycle, such as change management, commercial condition changes, and spare parts activities
- Support in the information collection about market (trends) and competitors
- Handle customer-related external and internal reporting tools (e.g., customer portals, sales databases)
- Execution of Sales Administration activities for the Segment Emission Reduction Solutions
- Establish and maintain customer network
- Execute and support sales and administrative tasks during the pre-acquisition phase, including order intake, acquisition, and quote processes

**Profile**:

- Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience or academic degree in business administration, marketing or similar qualification
- First experience in sales or engineering in automotive business
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented work
- Fluent German and English language skills, both in spoken and written
- Self-Organization
- Able to work in cross-functional teams
