**Your prospective job**:

- For our customer Airbus Operations you are cting as Widebody Fuselage Development Engineer (M/F/d) for A350 Pax & Freighter PMBP at the location Hamburg.

The jobholder (d/f/m) will operationally lead the FAF PMBP team in charge of steering the definition, deployment and monitoring of PM deliverables inside the Wide Body Development Programme and Transnational Fuselage organization.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Guiding the Head of FAF (Forward and Aft Fuselage) Development Programme by controlling the project performance and adherence to the plan and by looking ahead for anticipation and
preventive decisions
- Operationally leading the PMBP team by consolidating activities of the FAF PM Office, identifying priorities in alignment with your manager and with the Programme Operations Manager, ensuring that deliverables meet the required expectations
- Supporting the Head of FAF Development Programme and Programme Operations Manager in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives
- Setting-up harmonized and performant project management processes and methods across the project to enable strong project execution
- Ensuring Performance Management: drumbeat and analysis of deliverable progress enabling decision making through Planning, Cost, Risk & Opportunities monitoring
- Promoting and supporting the Project and Program CoC transformation and Cross Programme approach over the department community

**Your profile**:

- University degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable
- Professional experience in project management, experience in the aerospace sector is an advantage
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Knowledge in process management and risk management
- Good knowledge in dealing with MS-Project and Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English skill both spoken and written, French knowledge is a plus
