For our location in Schönefeld, we are looking for a
Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (m/w/d)
**Your Tasks**:

- Own Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reporting, Forecasting, and Budgeting cycles
- Consolidate business units into meaningful financial statements and forecasts (in LucaNet)
- Prepare and develop the monthly Data Book and Shareholder Presentation
- Build and lead the FP&A function for the HiSERV Group
- Provide business insights through ad hoc analyses and presentations
- Monitor and highlight risks and opportunities in the P&L
- Establish and drive a monthly cost review process to ensure budget compliance
- Promote reporting automation and ensure data warehouse integrity
- Act as deputy to the CFO and sparring partner to the executive management
- Manage group reporting and budgeting cycles, ensuring on-time, in-full submissions from all business units

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
- Experience in FP&A or strategic finance, including in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation tools (e.g., LucaNet)
- Proven track record in reporting automation and optimization of financial systems
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work with C-level stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the aviation industry, GSE rental, or related sectors is a plus
