We are looking for a **Working Student** to join our team in Berlin.

**YOU WILL DO**:

- Support in the strategic planning and advertising channels
- Assist with campaign monitoring, optimization and performance measurement based on marketing goals
- Support in the creation & analysis of digital campaigns as well as in the execution of advertising campaigns across channels
- Conduct market research and analysis and create reportings
- Working closely with the whole e-commerce team

**YOU WILL BE PART OF**:
an international E-Commerce team, supporting several Delica brands have a direct impact of their growth.

**YOU BRING**:

- First experience in online and performance marketing, ideally in Amazon Advertising, Google Ads or social media advertising
- Organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English - German is a plus

**OVERVIEW OF THE RECRUITING PROCESS**
Our goal is it to keep our interview process **short, fast, and effective**. Here is what you can expect:
**HR Chat**:You will chat with somebody from the HR department. It takes around 30 minutes and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. We are looking forward getting to know you better and hear more about your motivation, experience, and expectation. The chat should give both parties the opportunity to decide if there is a cultural fit.
**Technical Chat**:You will get to know your potential manager during a chat that takes around 45-60 minutes and is conducted via Microsoft Teams. You will find out more about the position/team and discuss your work experience, skills, and expectations in more details.
