ABOUT THIS ROLE

Led from Berlin, Audible’s EU business offers localized marketplace services for customers in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. You will be responsible for operationalizing content performance data and customer preference insights to support all EU teams, and global stakeholders to enhance the impact of our content investment. You will work closely with the Lead Content Performance and other content team leads and team members to define content metrics, scale our content reporting, and inform content investment strategy for acquiring 3P, book and Original content. You are an independent, analytical self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to elicit insights to better address content investment opportunities. This position is initially open through a contract role lasting 18 months.

As a Content Performance Specialist, you will...
- Support the development of European customer segmentation, trend research, and content preference data to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement content metrics aligned across different business models and content types.
- Analyse and consolidate content performance data across the EU teams.
- Collaborate with local Business Intelligence team to ensure synergies and best practice, and EU content teams to develop scalable structures for our European programming and content performance tracking efforts.
- Deliver monthly content investment reports, content forecasting tracking and consumer data opportunities.
- Support the knowledge sharing and coordination of programming between our EU marketplace focussed teams and EU European functions.
- Pro-actively identify areas for further, more detailed analysis to alert EU teams to future investment opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience in the data/BI space
- 5+ years experience in project coordination, ideally in a media or E-commerce environment.
- Business fluency in written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Additional European language skills.
- Broad understanding of popular culture across all main media types.
- Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong presentation skills, including story-telling with data.
