European Sales Director for the Thermal Process Management (TPM) Business Unit of Ametek Inc. Which consists of Three main companies

Controls Southeast Inc, who is focused mainly in thermal process heating in the Oil & Gas/Petrochem markets.

Obrien Corporation whose core markets are the analytical, CEMS, and instrumentation ends of the O&G and Petrochemical markets.

Universal Analyzer/Barben Analytical, whose main focus is the CEMS/Analytical markets within the O&G and Petrochemical markets.
- This role would be responsible for growing the TPM business revenue within the region, through a combination of channel partners and direct accounts.
- The position will be responsible for determining the strategic direction of the TPM BU growth in EMEA.
- The role will manage several direct reports throughout the region, as well as having overall responsibility for the channel network in region.
- Scale of projects generally range from small plant direct orders ranging from $1,000 to 50,000, and large CAPEX projects up to $20M.
- The role will require meeting or exceeding an annual revenue budget of between $30M - $40M with a consistent CAGR.
- The role will be expected to use Salesforce and other Business analytics tools such as Power BI as a platform for strategic planning and reporting their business.
- This role will report to the Divisional VP of Sales with responsibility for Europe, Middle East, and Africa

**Qualifications**:

- Business or Engineering Bachelor level degree
- 10+ years’ experience, experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, CEMS, markets. Analytical experience preferred.
- 10+ years experience travelling, speaking and giving presentations to clients, from a technical sales/business development perspective.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platform preferred.
- Significant experience managing both direct sales reports, channel networks and overall sales responsibility for a geographice region.
