**About the role**:
As a **Cash Management Specialist**, you’ll be part of the finance team that directly support our e-commerce business, making sure customer transactions flow smoothly and securely. From managing PSP integrations to ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, your work keeps our financial engine running. You’ll be both hands-on in the day-to-day execution and a go-to expert for all things related to digital payments.
**About your tasks**:
- ** Oversee and execute e-payment processes**, including PSP integrations, direct debits, refunds, and chargebacks
- Manage **bank imports**, **journal postings**, and **reconciliations** to ensure accurate accounting of transactions
- ** Act as the key contact** for PSPs and internal teams, resolving issues and improving payment processes
- Collaborate with tech, accounting, and operations teams to **optimize and scale** payment workflows
- Monitor and report on **KPIs and transaction performance** to ensure transparency and efficiency
**About you**:
- ** 5+ years of experience** in payment operations, ideally in an **e-commerce** or **digital finance** setting
- Knowledge of **Payment Service Providers (PSPs)** and online transaction processing
- You’re tech-savvy, comfortable working with **ERP and financial systems**:
- You care about **getting things right**, solving problems, and working across departments
- Fluent in **English**; German is a plus
