- Key support for management to deliver on business plan & secure strategy is lived throughout the departments
- Implementing strategic initiatives of the management in key departments
- Organizing key strategic meetings: Management Meeting, HQ Meeting, Sales Meeting, Merchant Meeting
- Looking at target actuals for the overall company with the business plan
- Help with agenda, protocol and research and prepare presentation materials & handouts together with intern support
- Effectively & coherently co-organize quarterly goals meetings to monitor results
- Secures that management has enough time to focus on business development & key strategy initiatives
**Is this you?**:
- University degree / recently graduated in the field of Business Management or equivalent
- 1+ years of professional experiences in the field of Consultancy with different areas of focus such as Fintech, Financial, FMCG & Automotive
- Extremely structured working style
- Taking ownership
- Self-starter with hands-on mentality
- High discretion & integrity
- Microsoft Office expert, primarily Excel & PowerPoint
- Full proficiency in English, German & Spanish would be a plus
