Y **our tasks** - You will develop and manage the KPI management process for the global Service LPS organization - You will be responsible for the strategic development and global implementation of the reporting landscape for Service Idea to Cash - You will coordinate data collection and create global reports for defined key figures - You will start initiatives to establish new key figures that are used to measure and visualize operational and process performance - You will support the management in the use of key figures as a control tool and their interpretation - You will initiate measures for process improvement on a global level (including Lean Six Sigma methods) and participate in the implementation of measures (including business process change requests) **Your qualifications** - You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, engineering or equivalent - You have first professional experience in project coordination or project management - You have experience with analytics tools (SAP, Tableau, BW, Celonis) and survey tools (Delighted) - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods is desirable - You have strong analytical and assertiveness skills as well as a high affinity for change processes - Your profile is rounded off by fluent English skills.
