**DESIGN**

**3D DESIGNER SPORTSTYLE FOOTWEAR**:

- Herzogenaurach, Germany**YOUR MISSION**:

- Create 3D Sportstyle Footwear, both conceptual and digital twins.
- Create 3D color and material exploration and realization.
- Collaborate with Footwear Designer, Product Line Management, and development, locally and globally for creation of 3D Footwear to a PUMA calendar.
- 3D execution of innovative product design aimed at continuous design innovation and achieving set goals with the direction from the Lead Designer, innovation, and Creative Direction Team.
- Integrate 3D to support product and technical footwear developments.
- Contribute to the quality of products' design content to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand.
- Under the direction of the Lead designer, collect 3D market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on 3D design trends and developments and utilizes them effectively.
- Launch innovative 3D visual design idea in line with specific product strategies.
- Research markets for 3D trends and inspiration.
- Explore new 3D workflows to continuously challenge the status quo of 3D Design and exploration process.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- 3-4 years of relevant work experience, with in an international sportswear company is a bonus but not a must.
- Working knowledge with 2D software’s especially Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling fundamentals, such a topology and UV.
- Strong ability to collaborative with design and development to bring design vision alive.
- Experience in Footwear creation and visualization.
- A trained eye for photography, composition and for creating strong visuals.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to travel globally to inform Sportstyle 3D design workflow.
- Knowledge of Keyshot, Clo3D and After Effects a bonus but not a must.
- Basisc knowledge of animation fundamentals is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D real-time content (high & low poly) and game engines is an advantage.
- University studies or equivalent education.
