Movinga is Europe's leading full-service moving platform and our aim is to bring people to a new home with the best possible booking and moving experience. **Where your expertise is needed** - This role is for our market in France only - french skills are a must. - Moving is a big step for our customers - they expect an high class service from us - The reasons for which people move are usually positive: family offspring, civil partnerships, buying a house and much more. At Movinga you have the opportunity to accompany our customers in this important step. - You are the first contact for our customers and you will advise them on their move and their price offer by phone - We generate warm leads through our marketing channels, which you then convert into offers and revenue - You offer a great moving experience and a world class service to our customers - Engaging in qualifying conversations designed to communicate our value proposition and to discover sales opportunities - Consistently achieving monthly goals (e.g. 200 call minutes per day, 7 offers per day, 40k revenues per month) **Your competencies** - Ideally, you have previous experience in the following areas: sales, telesales, sales representative, customer service, customer care or you are a curious career changer (M/F/d) - Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship - You enjoy working with clients on the phone - You like working with daily activity targets and goal setting - You are enthusiastic, self-motivated and like to work in a diverse team - You are an excellent listener and you have the desire to learn - You can deal in a friendly manner both with coworkers and clients - You possess excellent french skills (both spoken and written) and english is a + **Why us** - We offer you a hybrid work model in Berlin for a lot of flexibility and to ideally combine family and work - (3 fixed office days, 2 fixed home office days - unfortunately it is not possible to do the job 100% remote / home office) - We offer you a fixed salary of 2000-2200 euros gross plus an uncapped commission.
