Wir helfen Non-Profit-Organisationen in Deutschland, Reichweite zu generieren, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Spender*innen zu binden - mit Expertise in Online-Fundraising, Mailings, Telefonmarketing, Kreation und Freianzeigen.

Um unser Wachstum nachhaltig zu gestalten, suchen wir ab sofort eine*n **Director of Operations (m/w/d)** - mit Leidenschaft für Prozesse, starke Teams und wirksame Kommunikation.

**Deine Rolle**

Du verantwortest das operative Tagesgeschäft - mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und Wirkung. Als Teil der Geschäftsführung steuerst du zentrale Bereiche wie Call Center, Finanzen, Datenschutz, IT, Einkauf, HR und Office Management und entwickelst Standards und Strukturen weiter. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Co Geschäftsführer zusammen und berichtest an die Shareholder.

**Deine Aufgaben**

**Strategie & Steuerung**
- Gestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung in deinen Bereichen
- Steuerung und Optimierung operativer Prozesse, Workflows & Tools
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung unternehmensweiter Standards und Richtlinien
- Identifikation von Trends und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Effizienz
- und Gewinnsteigerung durch Prozessverbesserung
- Budgetplanung und -kontrolle gemeinsam mit Co-CEO

**Teamführung & HR**
- Leitung der Bereiche, Callcenter, Finanzen, Datenschutz, IT, Einkauf und Office Management
- Aufbau, Coaching und Entwicklung eines leistungsstarken, flexiblen Teams
- Performance-Monitoring, Kompetenzentwicklung und HR-Management
- Förderung einer positiven, lösungsorientierten Teamkultur

**Produkte & Einkauf**
- Verantwortung für Einkauf (z. B. Druck, Lettershops)
- Pflege und Ausbau externer Dienstleisterbeziehungen

**Transparenz & Qualität**
- Monitoring operativer KPIs
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und reibungslosen Abläufen
- Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Informationen für Shareholder

**Dein Profil**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Operations, Projektmanagement oder Agentursteuerung
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Fundraising, Kommunikationsumfeld oder Direct Mail
- Strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil mit analytischem Blick
- Führungskompetenz, Teamspirit und Begeisterung für gute Zusammenarbeit
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools & KPI-basiertem Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Studium in BWL, Kommunikation o. ä. (Master wünschenswert)
