**Your tasks**:

- Prepare the management reporting for actuals, forecasts, and budgets and implement processes and tools to monitor and steer the financial performance of RTL Group and its subsidiaries.
- Review reported financial information for consistency and quality and ensure alignment of internal and external reporting during quarterly closings in close collaboration with RTL Group Financial Reporting.
- Conduct the long-term planning and budget planning of RTL Group and provide in-depth analyses to the Management and Board.
- Develop and implement reporting solutions, processes and KPI frameworks to support Management decisions, supply financial data to other headquarter departments and ensure alignment of reporting standards with RTL Group’s subsidiaries.

***Your profile**:

- You have successfully completed studies in Media, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting.
- Around 3-5 years of professional experience in management reporting or finance controlling, also through internships.
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail, high commitment, and sound business judgment.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-player mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, businesses, and territories.
- Experience with finance systems and BI solutions, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Financial Consolidation, FluenceXL and OneStream is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English, proficiency in German and/or French language is a plus.
