**Job Description**:
The Operations Graduate Program at Scalable Capital is a great opportunity to start your career in digital finance. It is designed for (post-)graduates and young professionals who want to drive change in finance, while continuously developing their professional skills. Our unique FinTech startup environment allows you to take on responsibility right from the start, build a valuable network and grow your career quickly.

**The Program at a Glance**
- Twelve months program (so the position is initially limited to one year)
- Multiple rotations: get to know all parts of Operations, work on real projects and choose your final assignment based on your interests and skills
- Connect with your program buddy, plan your next steps with your mentor and build a network across the organization
- After one year you will be well equipped to excel in your first off-program job

**Rotation 1: Wealth Management**
- What are you going to do_

Discover how we operate our digital investment platforms and products across multiple countries and custodians. Increase the efficiency of our platform by monitoring and improving our processes.
- What are you going to learn_

Gain an understanding of the technological foundations of Scalable Capital. Learn about the architecture as well as related processes and actively contribute to develop and operate a stable foundation for our business.

**Rotation 2: Broker**
- What are you going to do_

Get to know our Broker platform and what it takes to execute and process millions of client trades every year. Help us scale by analysing existing processes, identifying growth potential and implementing improvements.
- What are you going to learn_

Find out how we enable our clients to take investing in their own hands by ensuring operational excellence of our Broker platform. Deep dive into on-exchange trading and learn about different financial instruments and transaction services.

**Rotation 3: Elective (Risk Management / Business Development / Broker Trading)**
- What are you going to do_

Choose to develop expertise in Risk Management, Business Development or Broker Trading. Participate in all day-to-day activities and be responsible for a project on your own.
- What are you going to learn_

Expand your knowledge in one specific part of Operations you are interested in. Discover what it means to take end to end ownership for a project by developing or improving one of our risk processes, crunch numbers and derive scalable solutions or experience the fast paced brokerage trading environment and its unique demands.

**Qualifications**:

- You successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or business engineering, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent
- You previously gained relevant work experience during internships or a job at a bank, consultancy or equivalent and have an affinity for capital market products
- You have strong analytical thinking and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making
- You are solution-oriented and think outside the box, while paying attention to detail
- You are proactive, take ownership and have a team-oriented work attitude
- You are fluent in English and minimum C1 Level German (written and spoken)
