**Job Highlights**:
In the role of Senior Corporate Business Control, your responsibility will be to provide management with comprehensive financial management reports essential for driving business operations. This entails ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting based on JV Accounting principles (IFRS), guaranteeing that the reports are thorough, precise, and adhere to the specified timelines established by the Group.
- Design and implement the Group management reporting roadmap
- Determination of relevant KPIs and performance measures
- Drive the forecasting process and make available reports that help the management to steer the business
- Creation of monthly management reports and board reporting package
- Monitoring performance and KPI measures -definition of goals and respective tracking
- Data gathering of required information from respective Controlling teams (Intermediates, Operations & Commercial Controlling)
- Ensure that business processes are correctly translated into consolidation and management reporting structure. Safeguard and optimize the design and implementation of the process within the Group worldwide
- Analyze and process reporting information and translate this into information that can be used by management for business management purposes. Initiate, develop and distribute management steering information

**Requirements**:

- Has a Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably in accounting/finance background with several years of work experience
- Is highly driven and self-propelling
- Has a strong conceptual skills
- Takes initiative to go above and beyond to add value
