**Your mission**:
**Main Purpose**:As an Intern (M/F/d) Internal (Business) Operations at Mushlabs you have the opportunity to experience a start-up culture first hand and actively participate in its development.
- Support our Internal Operations, such as the Finance & People department as well as our Founders Associate on special projects and daily business
- You will be thrown at different tasks and problems across the Company (for example, create and update presentations and reports, create and measure KPIs for different teams, help with the integration of new tools etc.)
- Supporting on company expansion efforts
- Participating in the creation and running of internal processes
- Prepare and organize meetings
- Support with the organization and preparation of internal and external events
- Assist the office management to ensure that the office operations runs smoothly

**Your profile**:

- Enrolled in the third semester onwards towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, Politics or just graduated
- Hands on profile: able to tackle different challenges and adapt to a constantly changing and highly demanding work environment
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset: you are curious and want to learn and improve every day
- Experience in Microsoft Office, presentation drafting and independent work
- Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German language skills are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High level of discretion
