**What you will enjoy doing**
Our 24-months trainee program lets you dive into the different fields of Project Execution for global projects within an international organization.
You will get a comprehensive view of our business through job rotations in various technical and commercial departments (e.g. Process Safety, Materials Technology, Process Design, Systems Engineering including Commissioning). The Program allows you to develop deep understanding of Linde Engineering’s business model and project execution Processes.
Your base department will be in the Engineering Technology Section in the field of Mechanical Integrity which includes Process & Environmental Safety, Risk Engineering, as well as Material Selection based on corrosion aspects.
One part of the program will be at an international location. From the beginning, you will face the challenges of project-work, so that you can grow on the job and as you gain extensive professional experience.
Your mentor will support you to reach your full potential by directly working with you and providing feedback. Additional trainings with your fellow trainees in relevant hard and soft skills within the opportunity to visit our entities in Dresden and Tacherting will complement your program.
**What makes you great**
Moreover, you are proficient in English (written and spoken), and your knowledge in German (minimum B2 level) is vital. You gained first experience via internships and/or studies abroad and you have an international mindset as well as the ability to collaborate in teams.
Excellent analytical skills, self-confidence, outstanding self-motivation, and a desire to learn complement your profile.
In addition, you are willing to take over responsibility and are capable to manage multiple tasks.
