Aufgaben
Our System Administrators are usually off troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security. Using their talent, and diligent skills, they maintain and manage our company’s computer network system.
System Administration is made up of team players who love using their in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions to solve problems together. And although we sometimes give them a hard time with our requests, they treat us with such courtesy and good spirits
Configure and maintain the day-to-day operations of networked computer systems. They make sure that the company's server and client computers perform well and remain secure, as well as monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely. They are curious cats, always researching and recommending new approaches to elevate the team’s innovation and technology, improve the networked computer system and, last but not least, provide technical support in the daily operations.
Qualifikation
- System Administrator to start asap in Berlin.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensure that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security.
- Skillset: Linux, Ubuntu, MacOS and Microsoft.
Our Tech Stack
Work on Ubuntu, MacOS and Windows. In our infrastructure, we have servers with windows, storagesystems on freebsd and a mailserver on linux in a network managed by ubiquiti. Virtual machines live in VMware on-premise and remote in the big clouds.
And of course, they are experienced with all operating systems - Linux, MacOS and Microsoft.
