We are looking for a **Director of Product - Vendor Relationship Management (all genders)**, to join our team and help us create a seamless acquisition and onboarding experience for our restaurants around the world.

**Vendor Relationship Management** is a tribe handling the intricate interactions between the platform, our restaurants, and Sales teams. Every restaurant on-boarded will come through your products and your challenge will be how to effectively create a curated vendor experience that is also operationally efficient and built for scale.

**Your mission**:

- Develop and steer VRM Product vision in alignment with the company strategy based on the deep understanding of the Global & Regional business needs, as well as keeping industry trends into consideration.
- Lead data-driven product development approach by partnering closely with analytics to define metrics and KPIs
- Building best in class customer centric product team. Ability to plan your organization, find and retain great talent and manage it effectively.
- Manage technically demanding products and stakeholders that impact the vendor onboarding journey across 70+ countries where we operate.
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Representatives, onboarding, and Vendor Service teams to solve their pain points which impact their operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap, together with managing the work of cross-functional product teams in tandem with technical counterparts.

**Your heroic skills**:

- 9+ years of relevant professional experience in a Product role, with exposure in CRM & Sales and at least 5+ in a leading Product team.
- Prior hands-on working experience in managing B2B Products and the ability to inspire and further grow the team members
- You’re very familiar with the day-to-day of product management, and understand how to develop a good product culture, process, and structure. Experience in working in a global matrix organization is a big plus.
- Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions
- You have a good understanding of business KPIs, and how to translate strategy into action using an OKR framework. You are good at managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication in order to get others on board of your ideas

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in digitalization and automation of processes over Salesforce by challenging the status quo with an optimized and automated process.
- You love to engage people across the company at all levels with your enthusiasm to make a positive change.
- You are a team player who loves to collaborate and work with stakeholders from different backgrounds in an international environment.
