**About the Role**
- This role will be controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position
**Required skills, qualifications and experience**
- This position will provide technical support for logistics, supply chain management, handling of Lockheed Martin and Government owned equipment and materials in support of the ATMP program.
- Responsibilities include:
- Update and maintain inventory to support Government equipment, site spares, tools and material to support maintenance changes
- Provide daily support of materials requested for ATMP repair facility
- Update the asset and material positions of Lockheed Martin and Government inventories
- Conduct inventory to include system stock, repair facilities, and customer locations, redistribution of assets as necessary among sources of supply
- Monitor and execute rotational repair requirements, generate reports and analyse data, provide status reports and gather information to increase efficiency and reduce device down time and repair backlog
- Daily organisation of all shipments worldwide. Developing packing lists, certification of origin, organizing customer documents via customs agent and other export paperwork as required to include international trade compliance clearances.
- Processing of incoming goods documents according to specifications in the management information system, the creation of pick lists and delivery documents
- Recording of incoming quantities as well as their condition on the basis of accompanying documents
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Knowledge of logistics, provisioning and maintenance concepts.
- Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills
- Microsoft Office product knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member to complete the task at hand
Full driving licence required
- Must be physically capable of installing tactical engagement simulations systems (TESS) on military vehicles, both tactical and non-tacticalDesired skills, qualifications and experience:
- High level of personal initiative and effective time management, strong organizational skills to set priorities, multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferable
- High school graduate or have an equivalency certificate from an accredited program is required
- Must be physically able to perform installation of tactical engagement simulations systems on US and multinational vehicle in various settings.
