Join us to create the future of B2B payments **About the role**: As a working student in sales you will work hand in hand with our Senior Director Sales and support our sales team, focusing on Enterprise sales. Your work will free up time for the sales team and prepare them for a successful sales cycle. You´ll be taking care of the first two stages of the sales funnel - from lead qualification and generation to the initial prospect engagement. This requires a variety of topics from research to real sales activities: - Identify prospects and the respective decision makers in order to enrich existing lead lists - Customize sales collaterals and develop appealing communication for prospect engagement - Constantly analyze and improve the communication to achieve better response rates - Reach out to prospects via different channels (mail, phone, LinkedIn,) and ideally schedule meetings with one of our sales managers **Who we are looking for**: - You are currently enrolled in university and are able to work 20h/40h per week - You were able to collect first insights in a sales or a similar client facing role - You are communicative, eloquent and not shy to get in touch with people you do not know - You think as an entrepreneur and are committed to succeed and meet your targets - You are highly motivated to bring things forward, find hands-on solutions and drive impactful results - You are comfortable in a high-performance, fast-paced environment - You are fluent in speaking and writing German and proficient in English **What we offer**: - Flexible work hours and trust in your ability to deliver, empowering you to take control of your work-life balance. - Up to 6 weeks per year of "Workation". - One of the best Virtual Shares Incentive Programs in the market, so that everyone at Billie is invested in our success. - Freedom to balance working from home and the office according to you and your team's needs.
