We are currently looking for an experienced Agile Coach who is passionate about agile transformation and eager to support our Business Intelligence (BI) department in delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions. In this role, you will work directly with the BI department lead and play a key part in fostering continuous improvement, removing blockers, and ensuring our three BI teams stay focused, aligned, and productive. You will have the opportunity to shape agile processes hands-on, facilitate collaboration across teams, and drive meaningful change in a dynamic, data-focused environment.

YOUR TASKS
- You accompany up to three agile teams (Scrum and Kanban) within our BI department as Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
- You moderate and facilitate all relevant agile meetings, ensuring they are productive and efficient.
- You identify the needs and challenges of your teams and help them overcome obstacles, while shielding them from outside interruptions.
- You coach and support Product Owners and team members in their agile roles, fostering growth and skill development.
- You drive collaboration and knowledge sharing within the BI department and with other business units.
- You plan and moderate internal workshops for team and organizational development.
- You use agile metrics to make team performance visible and support continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE
- You have 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master, ideally in BI, data, or analytics projects.
- You have a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and know how to adapt them to different team needs.
- You are passionate about continuous team improvement and use metrics to measure and communicate results effectively.
- You are familiar with Confluence, Jira, or similar agile project management tools.
- You have an agile mindset and know how to motivate and inspire your teams.
- You are comfortable moderating meetings and facilitating discussions in English.
- You are communicative, organized, and impress with your independent and goal-oriented work style.
- You work in a solution-focused way and are not afraid to challenge your teams to step outside their comfort zones.
