We are looking for a highly motivated and open-minded student intern, who is willing to work on a wide range of projects to support the Global Change and Project Management Team within Global People Strategy & Transformation.

Global Change and Project Management is responsible for designing and implementing our new Center of Excellence for Change Management Practices within Human Resources (HR).

**Your Job**
- Support our team with strategic HR global initiatives
- Prepare convincing and coherent data, presentations and information for different stakeholders
- Use your editorial skills for our internal and external communication channels - such as Intranet, Viva Engage, Service Now, LinkedIn - in English and German
- Participate actively in research about current and innovative people and cultural trends

**Your Profile**
- You are a student of psychology, economics or humanities, ideally completed Bachelor’s degree
- You are strongly interested in the areas of change and project management as well as data analysis and presentation
- You are highly motivated and able to work under your own initiative and within global a team
- You are flexible and resilient to work simultaneously on diverse topics and projects
- You have an open and communicative style
- You have excellent knowledge of the English and German language to communicate with the team and to assist with internal and external communication

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
