**Was Sie mit uns gestalten können**
- Sie übernehmen die Betreuung von unseren komplexen Patienten am Bett.
- Sie informieren und beraten unsere Patienten und deren Angehörigen und übernehmen zudem auch die Anleitung unserer Mitarbeitenden.
- Sie führen, koordinieren und überwachen den Pflegeprozess bei komplexen Patienten.
- Sie überwachen und setzen die Expertenstandards (DNQP) durch.
- Sie führen interne Fortbildungen zu fachspezifischen Themen durch.
- Sie analysieren den Fortbildungsbedarf.
- Pflegevisiten führen Sie selbstständig durch.

**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium der Pflegewissenschaft.
- Sie haben Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Patient*innen.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre Zuverlässigkeit, soziale Kompetenz, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit aus. Sie sind sicher in der Elektronischen Datenverarbeitung.
