Cyberspace Operations Planner
**Key Role**:
Conduct operational planning to coordinate and synchronize Cyberspace Operations (CO) into multidomain operations, activities, and investments. Coordinate across CCMDs to deconflict current and future operations. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve products and briefing materials to integrate CO into joint targeting and fires processes. Provide verbal briefings of upcoming CO in CCMD battle rhythm events. Support deliberate and crisis action planning to develop non-kinetic effects options to achieve the client's intent. Develop orders tasking theater components to accomplish the CCMDs CO objectives in coordination with leadership and stakeholders. Participate in Alternative Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) programs that have cyberspace equities.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience as a Strategic-level offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) or defensive cyberspace operations (DCO) planner
- 5+ years of experience as a CCMD, Service Cyber Component, or Joint Staff Action Officer
- Knowledge of CO authorities, policies, and doctrine
- Knowledge of the Cyber Mission Force construct
- Ability to produce written reports, deliver verbal briefings, and facilitate meetings with senior military staff
- Ability to rapidly adapt to and perform in a high operations tempo environment with unique technical and policy considerations
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree
- Completion of specialized education in Military Joint Operation Planning through the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I and JPME II
- Completion of the Joint Cyberspace Operations Planners Course (JCOPC)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
