HR Administrator/generalist

For our UE Campus Berlin and UE Innovation Hub Potsdam, we are looking for HR Generalist*in / Personalreferent*in (f/m/d) full-time (40hrs/week).

**Tasks**:

- You are the contact person for all HR-related, contractual and labour law issues and work independently at the Berlin location.
- You will support the personnel management, permanent and freelance employees from academia and administration at UE Campus Berlin and UE Innovation Hub Potsdam (approx. 100 people plus student assistants).
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an HR department, such as preparing employment contracts, references, certificates, maintaining the personnel database and files (digital and paper), and employee university statistics.
- You support the HR department in strategic analysis, decision making, personnel planning, and personnel cost control.
- You work on different conceptual HR topics and HR projects (such as process management, compensation structures, benefits, employee appraisal system, etc.)

**Profile**:

- Completed university studies with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification or several years of relevant professional experienceVery good knowledge of labour and contract law
- Professional experience in a generalist HR function
- Enjoys working with people and customer service oriented
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
