**Become a key-member of the global operations team for energy savings projects**
You will be responsible for the enterprise planning as well as the development and implementation of portfolio and project scheduling principles to be applied across regions.
In this head quarter function you will be the global Lead / Main Planner / Scheduler of the business line Energy & Performance Services (EPS).
**What are my responsibilities?**
- Enterprise planning for business line EPS (sales forecast, head count / resource planning, global reporting on project progress and time lines, cash-flow forecasting across projects)
- Leader of scheduling community within EPS (onboarding and training of project schedulers as well as program managers, sales, and engineering in scheduling matters)
- Development of scheduling processes and principles (schedule reviews, strategic float / time-risk-contingencies, owner input activities / milestones, liquidated damages / penalty milestones)
- Creation schedule templates for standard modules (standard harmonized activity and milestone templates covering typical sales, study/design, implementation and services scope as basis to be used by project schedulers in the regions)
- Definition of standard activities, milestones, and quantities to be included in project schedules for progress and risk reporting (key-milestone slippage / trend-analysis, S-curves, variance-reports, baselining, interfaces into other tools, etc.)
- Definition of standard scheduling requirements for sub-contracts (easy integration of subcontract schedules into project schedule, progress / quantity reporting)
- Delay analysis and creation of what-if scenarios for changes and delay and disruption (also in the event of formal disputes; liaison with and management of forensic schedulers)
- Management of key scheduling interfaces and interdependencies across projects / portfolios as well as program scheduling for large enterprise customers
- Implementation of measurement criteria and control tools for project milestones and project progress; risk management regarding project schedules and portfolios; early identification of delays, associated risks, and potential mitigation measures
- Management of scheduling software, central instance, and interfaces to other tools
**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Experience in enterprise scheduling / expert knowledge in project planning/project scheduling and project controls
- Extensive knowledge of scheduling methods and principles (network planning, Milestone Trend Analysis, etc.)
- Knowledge of resource management
- Moderation, communication, and presentation skills; proactive team player
- Analytical and system thinking and structured approach to the work and tasks
- Provision of expert advice on scheduling to external and internal partners
- Mastery proficiency in English; German is an advantage
- Experience with MS Project (Web Instance). Primavera is a plus
