**Position**:
Arrow Electronics - Technical Positions

Engineering and IT creates and satisfies engineering demand by developing, designing and implementing technical solutions for internal and external customers. The Engineering and IT group can be involved in pre-sale and post-sale support and tests and troubleshoots solutions designs to ensure they meet customer specifications and deliver value.

Among Engineering and IT function in Arrow Electronics are: Technical Support, Engineering Manager, Hardware Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Network Engineer, Test Automation, Software Quality Engineer, etc.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- The Engineering/IT Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions to meet the organization's needs. This may involve designing, building, testing, and maintaining software, hardware, or other technology systems.
- The Engineering/IT Professional must be able to work effectively in a team environment and be comfortable collaborating with other professionals from different disciplines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure that all technology systems are up to date and functioning properly
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that all technology systems integrate seamlessly
- Participate in project planning, development, and implementation
- Document all technical work and maintain accurate records
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Provide technical support to internal and external customers as needed

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development tools
- Experience with project management and agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed
