You will make it happen as part of the **empowered team**, aligned with the business, autonomous enough to push back and make your own decisions, with a clear purpose in mind. **We think it's fun to come to work every day, and we think you will too** **Your job**: - ** Solution Development**: Design, deploy, and optimize Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM solutions (e.g., RAG, custom copilots). - ** System Architecture**: Build agent-based systems (autonomous workflows, multi-agent collaboration) using frameworks like AutoGen, LangGraph, etc. - ** Integration & Optimization**: Embed GenAI into existing workflows; optimize models for performance, cost, and latency (e.g., quantization). - ** Research & Innovation**: Prototype emerging trends (advanced LLM techniques, no-code/low-code tools). - ** Collaboration**: Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals. **Your Profile**: **Technical Requirements**: - ** AI/ML Expertise**: - Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex or similar. - LLMs: GPT, Llama, Claude; prompt engineering. - Cloud AI Services: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock. - Programming languages: Python (3+ years of experience) - ** Infrastructure**: - Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS (S3, EC2), GCP. - Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions). - ** Data Management**: - Pipelines: Azure DataFactory, dbt, Airbyte, Dagster. - Storage: MSSQL, MongoDB, Azure Blob; DeltaLake, Iceberg, Snowflake (nice to have) - ** Monitoring**: techniques for token optimization, cost management, and performance benchmarking. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Certifications: Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty. - Experience: 5+ years in AI development, 2+ years with GenAI/LLMs. - Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science (preferred). **Soft Skills**: - Problem-solving for ambiguous business challenges. - Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborative mindset for cross-team projects. **We offer you**: Become part of the Onventis cloud platform for buyers and suppliers.
