**The role**
For our office in Offenbach, we are looking for a **Components Sales Support** (M/F/d) to join our Customer Service department. Your will support and advise customers about our product range and to prepare their quotations.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- You’ll process our customers' spare parts inquiries, identify the required parts and components, calculate prices, prepare spare parts offers and clarify all technical and commercial issues with our customers.
- You’ll manage our customer inquiries and advise customers on product-related and logístical measures.
- Based on customer requirements, you’ll evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions, e.g. with the help of system layouts. You’ll then prepare quotations by evaluating and recommending the necessary components and/or modules in terms of cost.
- You will compare and coordinate offers from potential partners and suppliers to offer our optimized product solution to the customers. Your recommendation becomes part of the technical offer.
**About you**
- You have a mechanical engineering/economics background
- You have experience in creating and interpreting technical drawings and have already worked with 2D/3D - systems
- You have a strong customer focus
- We expect you to have a fluent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- You have a high level of problem-solving skills and are characterized by an independent and self-reliant way of working
- You communicate at eye level and as a team player, paying attention to tolerance and positive interaction.
- Experience with CRM (MS Dynamics) systems, SAP, MS Office
