**The Job Responsibilities**

**We are looking for you**
- You are responsible for the Quality Make & Source (Production) team in the area of Quality Management & Quality Assurance Safety.
- With the support of two team leaders, you will lead and develop a motivated and high-performing team of 42 quality assurance experts.
- Your main tasks will include planning, coordinating and managing quality activities with a focus on costs, quality and time.
- You ensure a smooth production process and guarantee the highest quality standards along the entire value chain for several value stream families.
- You monitor technology and market trends and derive measures for quality development in coordination with the Head of QM & QA.
- The development, optimization and implementation of digital quality processes (e.g. predictive quality, AI-supported error analysis, IoT quality control) and zero-defect strategies are close to your heart.
- You always focus on compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EU MDR, ATEX, etc.).
- You ensure the continuous optimization of processes by developing a comprehensive KPI system.
- You will be responsible for managing internal audits and external certifications.
- To ensure high quality standards, the strategic development and management of suppliers is also part of your area of responsibility
**Your Qualifications**
- In your leadership role, you always act as a role model and are a coach and mentor for your employees.
- You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and a goal-oriented way of working. You have a proven track record of actively driving change.
- Commitment, assertiveness and a strong team spirit are a of course for you. In addition, you like to question familiar ways in order to continuously develop yourself and your team.
- You are a strong communicator and speak business fluent German and English.
- You have sound knowledge of QM systems (ISO 9001, EU-MDR, ATEX) as well as Lean Quality and APQP. Ideally, Six Sigma training will round off your profile
- Proven management experience and many years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a manufacturing company, round off your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree engineering, quality management or a comparable field of study
