**Your main tasks will include**:
Work closely with our VP Strategic Finance on the following areas:

- Strategic Finance: Helping shape critical decision-making processes by diving deep into the world of data analysis and preparing comprehensive management reports that drive our company forward
- Investor Relations: Rub shoulders with the big leagues as you support our team in engaging with industry giants like Allianz X, Portage, White Star Capital, Yabeo, and Tencent. From preparing shareholder and supervisory board meetings to actively communicating with key stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of our investor relations strategy
- Daily Tasks: No two days are the same at CLARK From providing essential administrative support to tracking project progress, you'll be the backbone of our ongoing projects
- Key Decision-Making: Step into the driver's seat as you play a pivotal role in preparing decision-making materials for our management and senior leadership team. Your insights will shape the future of CLARK
- Collaboration: Get ready to work hand-in-hand with department heads across the organization. Gain firsthand insights into CLARK's organizational dynamics and contribute to our collective success

**You are right with us if**:

- A university degree and any relevant practical experience in the field of consulting, private equity, venture capital and/or tech startups
- Availability for a minimum duration of 4-5 months, preferably longer
- Analytical skills and some prior knowledge of (financial & business) modeling skills
- Tech-savvy and passion for innovation and technology
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (verbally and written)
- Process-driven mindset with clear ability to make the complex simple - dive deep and put large amounts of information into context to help drive strategic projects across the board
- Highly independent and hands-on work ethic
- Collaborative work attitude, team-player with high standards of professional and ethical conduct
