Then Emma is the right place for you. **What you´ll do**: - Lead and oversee the group's financial accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS. - Manage and coordinate the consolidation of financial statements for 25+ entities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. - Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement (Team of 6 in Frankfurt + more in our other offices). - Work closely with other finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. - Develop, implement, and enhance internal controls and accounting policies. - Streamline accounting processes and systems, optimizing the use of our ERP. - Coordinate audit schedules, liaise with external auditors, and assist with tax and regulatory compliance. - Drive data-driven decision-making through ad-hoc financial analyses and projects (in cooperation with our Controlling team) - Be a proactive member of our entrepreneurial culture by sharing your financial leadership and problem-solving skills. **Who we´re looking for**: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Master's degree or CPA is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in group accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - A sound knowledge base of IFRS. - Proficiency in MS Business Central is a Bonus. - Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of developing teams. - A strategic mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - A team player with a "can-do" attitude, embracing our "one team, one dream" philosophy. - Fluency in German is a plus. **What we offer**: - A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals. - The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team. - Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA. - To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events. **Become an Emmie** Emma is transforming the world of sleep - **and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.**We want you.
