Such an organization requires true Enterprise Architects; You know how to use technology to make Vattenfall run as _clockwork_, you act as _timer_ to ensure we meet our ambitious goals and be an _alarm_ if we can do better We have a large SAP and Microsoft footprint, with more than 20.000 users in 6 countries.
You will join the Group IT Architecture team of around 30 architects involved in around 100+ key projects at any time, focusing on enterprise architecture and solution architecture Vattenfall wide. We act as the ‘spider in the web’ to understand business needs and to see the bigger picture to help our teams securely adopt the technologies of tomorrow.
Your main responsibilities:
- Guiding, governing, and designing our Enterprise Solutions (a multiyear program to our Next Generation ERP and organisational transformation)
- You will help us grow our Enterprise thinking and establish standards and architecture principles.
- You will be our trusted advisor towards our different business area’s to enable their operating model by technology - also if that is that means radical change
**Profile**:
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect, that has hands-on experience with large scale enterprise transformations. Preferably you have worked as Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant or Program Manager in the domains of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management or Billing and Sales (IS-U).
You feel comfortable communicating with both IT and non-IT colleagues on different levels in the organization. You enjoy being in an ever-changing environment. Furthermore, you bring:
- An academic degree in IT or related study
- Experience with Enterprise Processes, Asset Management or Sales and Data Modelling
- Experience in an international corporate environment preferably with SAP
- Skills to produce enterprise ready architecture documents
- Skills to direct complex problems into concise Management Board action
- And we love architects talk business and know TOGAF, rather than those that talk TOGAF and know business
Location
for this position you can choose to be based in Sweden (Stockholm, Solna); The Netherlands (Amsterdam) or Germany (Hamburg, Berlin). Although most work is being done virtually, you will be expected to travel approximately a few days per month between these locations.
