This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a category-defining tech startup with many Tier 1 VCs in its cap table, just before the Series A funding round. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a commercial mindset to join our high-impact Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to go beyond traditional controlling and actively contribute to the core commercial and financial strategy of a pioneering cloud infrastructure provider. You will work directly with our leadership, translating ambitious business goals into concrete financial and operational plans that drive our growth trajectory.

**What you will do**:

- Craft a data-rich narrative for our investors, translating our commercial strategy and financial performance into clear insights that build trust and support our future funding goals.
- Spearhead the evaluation and implementation of AI in finance to optimize core processes, from expense management to monthly closing.
- Design and implement a scalable financial processes and governance frameworks required to support rapid growth, providing the company with a robust and controlled operational foundation.
- Develop and maintain dynamic short and long-term cash flow planning to optimize liquidity, track our runway, and identify opportunities for yield enhancement and spending reduction.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Proven track record with 2-4 years of experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments — ideally within a high-growth startup — where adaptability and precision go hand in hand.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Academic excellence, holding a Master’s degree in Finance (or a closely related discipline)
- Bilingual fluency in German and English, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly across teams and with stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, using them not just as tools, but as powerful instruments for efficiency and insight.
