Since its inception in 2002, Crocs has sold more than 200 million pairs of shoes in more than 90 countries around the world._ Wir suchen einen Team Leader für unseren Crocs Store in **Soltau**. - Stellenbeschreibung: Aufgaben und Verantwortung Stellvertretung des Store Managements bei Abwesenheit und Delegation von Aufgaben um sicherzustellen, dass die Checklisten zur Öffnung und/oder Schließung des Ladens rechtzeitig fertiggestellt sind Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter Erkennen der Bedürfnisse des Kunden und Sicherstellung, dass jeder Kunde bei jedem Besuch des Crocs Stores einen herausragenden Service erhält Unterstützung, die Verkaufszahlen des Crocs Stores zu maximieren Solide Produktkenntnis und Kenntnis der aktuellen Angebote und Werbemaßnahmen Hilfestellung beim Verkaufsraum, bei den Lagerbeständen und der Organisation Du nimmst Eigenverantwortung für Deine persönliche Weiterentwicklung und suchen aktiv nach Möglichkeiten, dich ständig zu verbessern Beisteuern zum Team und macht Vorschläge, den Kundenservice ständig zu verbessern Jegliche weitere Aufgaben, die vom Store Management aufgetragen werden Profil: Profil Minimum 1 Jahr Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich Leidenschaft für das Anwenden von außergewöhnlichem Kundenservice Gute kommunikative Kenntnisse Initiative bei der Erledigung Deiner Aufgaben Botschafter der Marke Crocs
