**YOUR MISSION**:
Be in charge of letting our customers' and tradepartners' transactions flow via our Procuros integration hub.

**YOUR TASKS**:
Want to join a B2B SaaS startup to digitalize the future of B2B transactions? As a **Customer Success Associate (M/F/x),** you'll gain deep experience working with a complex software solution and prepare for a career in tech. By truly understanding our customers, you'll shape our business from the ground up.

Let’s flow to grow:

- You are the face to our customers and cultivate positive customer relationships
- You will help our clients to successfully drive business value from our products
- You will support our customers in the onboarding phase to ensure a positive onboarding, adoption and expansion experience.
- You will prepare and execute kick-off meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- You will work with the development team to integrate our platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
- You will work with our sales and product teams to build and improve our platform from a customer perspective.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have approximately 1 year of experience in a B2B Customer Success or Tech company.
- You have an interest in technical solutions and a basic understanding of technical vocabulary.
- You have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- You are an excellent team player.
- You are excited about working in an early stage VC funded company.
